* Complete daily cleaning checklists and ensure all tasks are signed off
* Follow company policies on stock control, waste management, deliveries, and health & safety
* Initiative and creativity while maintaining high standards and quality control
* Adapt to new procedures and policies introduced by the kitchen manager
