Construction Site Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
* Candidates with engineering or trades background will be considered.
* You need to coordinate subcontractors, control programme and prepare look-ahead programmes to ensure successful completion of works on time.
* Experience in preparation of progress reports and chairing site meetings is essential.
* The ability to communicate with clients, architects, engineers is crucial.
* Site set-up planning, security, logistics management, deliveries and traffic management are key responsibilities.
* Work alongside Project Manager to adhere to construction programme, including effective sequencing of finishing trades to maximise quality and minimise reworking.
* Monitor resources, labour, plant, site set-up and other overheads.
* Familiarity with current Health and Safety Construction regulations is necessary.
* Liaise with design team on construction issues and raise RFIs as needed.
* Issue requisitions for materials and maintain site diary/daily log activities.
* Monitor and control quality/work standards on site.
Requirements:
* 7+ years' experience in site management, in any combination of healthcare, commercial, industrial, residential or large fit-out projects.
