Offer description

Job Overview
Location: 226 Pearse Park, Drogheda, Co Louth, A92 E088. Client/Employer: Occupop for Centric Health. Job type: Permanent Part-Time. Hours: 34 per week (Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri 8:30‑5:00; Tue 8:30‑1:00). Salary: €15‑15.50 per hour.
Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and redirect appropriately
Manage patient appointments
Meet & greet patients at the practice
Cash handling and issue receipts
Maintain GMS records
Prepare prescriptions
Scan and file documents
Perform any duties assigned by the Practice Manager or GP

Requirements

1‑2 years administration/reception/customer service experience
Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent interpersonal, communication and telephone skills
Strong multi‑tasking skills
Computer literate in Word, Excel, e‑mail
Team player and ability to work on own initiative
Excellent organisational skills
Flexible attitude to changing work practices
