Responsibilities will include the management of mechanical installations into new commercial and industrial units with experience of office blocks, apartments, data centres, or similar environments.
Candidates should have previous experience working on projects in the €M's and be competent in managing and delivering schemes of this level.
They will ideally have experience dealing with main contractors and organizing specialist engineers to undertake installs.
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, organized leader, and true professional who can work alongside site-based teams.
This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred, but not required. A background in construction, maintenance, or a related field is also beneficial.
This position involves overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality results.
