A qualified chef to a demi chef de partie or chef de partie level is required for the main kitchen with a further 2+ year experience coming from a similar hotel/ restaurant background necessary to join our team. Your will be required to demonstrate your experience, your passion for food, your food knowledge and cooking skills. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of the Head Chef. This is a great opportunity to grow & develop a career.
