Main Duties & Responsibilities Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding. Knowledge of food/beverage and labour cost controls. Ensure hotel's standards, policies and procedures are complied with by all lobby lounge staff. Prepare weekly work schedules in accordance with staffing guidelines and labor forecasts. Adjust schedules throughout the week to meet the business needs and forecasted labor. Manage the lobby lounge restaurant which serves lunch, afternoon tea and dinner daily.
