We are seeking a detail-driven Auditor to join our team, supporting the operational excellence of a global platform. This role involves performing audits, assessing compliance, and ensuring consistent standards across internal policies and insurance agreements.
Main Responsibilities
* Conduct audits of third-party administrator operations to ensure adherence to service agreements, internal policies, and controls.
* Review claim life cycles, payment records, service level agreements, and partner documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Requirements
* 2-5 years of experience in insurance auditing, compliance, or claims operations.
* Background in insurance, risk management, or auditing.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace.
* Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SOX and ISO 9001.
