Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer (RTE)

đź’Ľ Contract / Permanent Opportunities: 12 Months (Hybrid - 2 Days a week Onsite)
SRG is looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer (RTE) to help build and guide high-performing Agile teams that deliver impactful digital and software solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering collaboration, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring smooth delivery through effective facilitation and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guide and support Agile teams in applying Scrum and SAFe principles effectively.
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure alignment between Product Owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
* Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to enable focus and productivity.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the team.
* Coach team members on Agile best practices and support their professional growth.
* Promote transparency, track delivery progress, and ensure successful sprint and release outcomes.
* Encourage collaboration across cross-functional teams and support coordination across Agile Release Trains.

* Proficiency with JIRA and other Agile tools.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach (RTE experience an advantage).
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification preferred.
* Background in software delivery or development.
* Strong understanding of Agile principles and team dynamics.
