Job Overview
Join Britvic Ireland as an Account Manager responsible for driving sales across our full beverage portfolio including prestigious brands such as Club, TK, MiWadi, Ballygowan, and Aqualibra taps. This dynamic role focuses on the Foodservice and Workplace sector, encompassing canteens, fast-food outlets, cinemas, offices, and vending solutions. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with key and national accounts, drive revenue growth, and ensure successful contract execution while representing our diverse range of products including Pepsi, 7up, London Essence Premium mixers, and Teisseire.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive growth in distribution, revenue, volume, and market share across all brands, channels, and packs to meet or exceed targets while maintaining forecast accuracy
* Enhance product availability for the complete Britvic soft drink range across On Trade, Hospitality, Foodservice, and Workplace outlets
* Deliver quarterly sales targets for Aqua Libra Co Taps, Soft Drinks Dispense units, and Ballygowan Water Coolers to diverse customer segments
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, grow existing customer relationships, and successfully onboard new accounts
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts to secure favorable terms while collaborating with marketing teams to execute promotional activities
* Conduct regular meetings with direct teams and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on targets, promotional activities, and Joint Business Plans
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in account management or sales within the service industry
* Demonstrated track record of successful sales achievement and relationship building with key accounts
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable contract terms and conditions
* Excellent analytical capabilities to interpret market data and translate insights into effective sales strategies
* Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach
* Proficiency in financial management, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration

Education/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is desirable. However, candidates with equivalent skills and experience who can demonstrate the required competencies will be given full consideration.
