Responsibilities include coordinating and supporting ERG events and initiatives, facilitating communication among members, and contributing expertise to develop impactful programs. This role also involves fostering collaboration and strengthening connections within the BERG network to advance shared goals.QualificationsExperience in community engagement, collaboration, and volunteer servicesStrong interpersonal, networking, and communication skillsProject coordination abilities, including planning and executing events or initiativesStrategic thinking with a focus on leadership development and mentoringCommitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principlesPrior experience in employee resource groups or professional mentoring is a plus
