French-Speaking Business Development Executive - Hybrid (South Dublin) Full-Time | €40,000 base + €20,000 bonus | We're hiring a French-speaking Business Development Executive to support the growth of our client's enterprise offering in the EMEA market. You'll be at the forefront of the tech industry, identifying and qualifying opportunities, nurturing prospects, and opening doors for the wider sales team. What You'll Be Doing: Proactively reaching out to businesses via phone, email, and social platforms to uncover new sales opportunities. Representing a globally recognised product suite that's used by millions-driving conversations around productivity, security, and scalability. Building strong relationships with IT decision-makers across France, understanding their business needs and aligning them with the right solutions. Collaborating with the enterprise sales team to schedule qualified meetings and support pipeline development. Owning your outreach strategy-researching industries, targeting personas, and fine-tuning messaging that resonates. Tracking activity, progress, and performance via CRM tools and reporting dashboards. Consistently hitting KPIs and working towards monthly targets in a supportive, high-performance team environment. What You'll Need: Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is essential. A minimum of 2 years' experience in business development or BDR roles, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment. Confidence engaging with senior IT professionals and decision-makers. Proven experience building your own pipeline and generating interest through cold outreach. Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft, or similar platforms. A motivated, energetic personality with a real drive to hit goals and grow your sales career.
