Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned HR Operations Manager to lead the people function for a rapidly expanding food manufacturing site. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior generalist or middle manager to drive policy and work on employee engagement and relationships within the factory.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to enable the business to achieve its strategic goals and objectives.
* Drive policy from the wider group business and work on employee engagement and relationships within the factory.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and manage a team of employees to ensure seamless operations.
The ideal candidate will have a third-level qualification in a HR-related discipline and at least three years' experience in a HR Manager or Generalist position in a medium enterprise. Proven experience delivering value-added HR solutions and initiatives is required. A passion for people and organization development is essential.
