Accounts Receivable Assistant Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team at Sigmar Recruitment. This is a 5-day office-based role located in Frankfield/Douglas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Invoicing and Payment Collection: Prepare and send accurate invoices to clients, ensuring timely payment collection.
* Account and Statement Reconciliations: Conduct thorough account and statement reconciliations to identify any discrepancies or errors.
* Collections Targets and Reporting: Meet monthly collections targets and provide detailed month-end reports, including aged debt analysis.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Education: Diploma or equivalent in Accounting or Business Administration (preferred).
* Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong administration skills, and attention to detail.
