Overview
We are looking for an energetic and driven Field Sales Representative who thrives on winning new business and building strong client relationships. You’ll be out on the road meeting prospects and customers across Ireland, responsible for developing business in your territory, hitting sales targets, and driving company growth.
Location: Nationwide (Driving across Ireland)

Responsibilities
* Proactively prospect, cold-call, and generate new B2B leads
* Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across SMEs and larger enterprises
* Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations with customers across Ireland
* Manage your own pipeline from initial contact through to closing the sale
* Consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales progress
* Work closely with the wider team to maximise customer satisfaction and repeat business
About You / Qualifications
* Proven track record in field sales / B2B sales (minimum 2 years preferred)
* Strong business development skills, comfortable with prospecting and opening doors
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and hungry for commission-based success
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across Ireland
* Industry knowledge in industrial products or office solutions (advantage but not essential)
