* Work as part of a team under the supervision and direction of the County Architect, Director of Service, or other designated officer(s) such as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
* Work independently under your own initiative when required.
* Supervise and monitor consultant quantity surveying services on certain projects, and provide direct quantity surveying services on others.
* Align duties with the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland APC Programme approach, gaining practical insight into the workings of a large local authority.
