As a leader in our retail and commercial insurance business, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch sales office. Your goal will be to create a one-stop shop experience for customers, promoting a seamless and efficient service.
* Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution, focusing on premium and policy income locally.
* Optimize resource utilization across various channels, including foot traffic, inbound and outbound calls, and fulfillment activities.
* Promote customer-centricity by simplifying processes and introducing self-service options, reducing non-value added tasks.
* Foster relationships with local customers through targeted engagement via multi-channel methods, aligned with customer profiles.
* Develop trusted partnerships through proactive community involvement and affinity engagement.
* Lead staff performance management, coaching, and development to achieve desired behaviors for success.
* E nsure compliance with regulatory, legislative, governance, cash handling, and expense procedures.
Key requirements include:
* MCC qualification in Personal and Commercial General Insurance.
* At least 5 years' experience in a similar or financial services role, with proven team management skills.
* Clean driving license.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites - Word, Excel & Outlook.
* Strong understanding of Performance Management to drive branch objectives.
* Excellent knowledge of products and branch administration, including legislative, compliance, and Health & Safety requirements.
* Effective networking skills with key stakeholders across the business.
