We are working with a leading contractor delivering large-scale Data Centre projects across Europe. They are looking to appoint a BIM Lead to take ownership of BIM delivery on a major project in North Dublin.
This is a senior role managing a team and driving coordination across complex MEP packages.
Key Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for BIM delivery across the project
Lead and manage a team of BIM Coordinators and Technicians
Ensure BIM standards and processes are implemented and maintained across all disciplines
Work closely with site teams, engineers and package managers to coordinate MEP installations
Manage clash detection and drive resolution of coordination issues
Support project teams with BIM-related queries and technical input
Oversee production of drawings, models and project documentation in line with BIM requirements
Mentor junior team members and support overall team development
Requirements
Strong Revit experience with an MEP focus
Experience using Navisworks for coordination and clash detection
AutoCAD experience beneficial
8+ years’ experience working on large-scale construction projects
Degree qualified in Engineering or a related discipline
Strong communication, organisation and team management skills
