Overview of the Role
As a Commissioning and Qualification (CQV) Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning and qualification of new process equipment.
You will manage and coordinate CQV projects and activities on-site, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Commissioning and witnessing the installation of new process equipment
* Managing and coordinating CQV plans in line with client strategic goals
* Writing system and component impact assessments, design review I&O qualification documentation, performance reports, and other reports
* Developing and executing Commissioning & Qualification lifecycle protocols as per project requirements
* Leading and supporting Site Acceptance Tests (SATs)
Requirements
Qualifications:
* Level 8 qualification in Engineering
Experience:
* 8 to 10 years industry experience
* 5+ years experience in CQV with at least 1 major capital project completed
Skills:
* Proven experience of carrying out commissioning and qualification activities on multiple projects in the fine chemicals industry
* Ability to work efficiently and safely
Additional Requirements:
