We move fast, lead with accountability, grow through challenges, and bring positive energy into everything we do.Join us and be part of a global, collaborative team where trust and innovation drive everything we do.ABOUT THE ROLEAs the ROLE you willbe the regional European IT Security Specialist supporting our European entities.Main missions:Help lead and manage completion of the certifications & recertification for our European sites (IE, UK, MT, FR, ES & IT).Auditing and reporting on all aspects of Information Security related to IE, UK, MT, FR, ES & IT sites.Help support Local Security Managers role:Become familiar with the local legal and other safety requirements for the sites and to also keep current on any changes to these requirements.Responsible for ensuring that employees follow and understand the program and their responsibilities toward maintaining and promoting a safe work environmentSite-level internal audits of implementation and execution of the Health & Safety Policy Manual included in audit plans of sites.Initiate, facilitate and promote activities to create information security awareness within the organizationMonitor compliance with the organization security policies and procedures among employees, contractors and other third parties and take corrective action where necessaryMonitor advancements of relevant Information Security technologies and threatsHelp define, participate, monitor and when necessary lead global security incident response functionsResearch, collect and analyze data to perform risk analysis and remediationGenerate reports and executive summaries of various information security related metrics or risk assessmentsPerform reviews of third parties to identify risks and potential remediationGenerate reports and executive summaries of third party assessmentsParticipate in audit functions and perform security control effectiveness reviewsAct as part of a team responsible for Toppan Security's security architectureMaintain hardware and software inventoriesSupport/Perform VAPT scansPrepare security reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trendsReview proposed information systems and related technologiesPerform vulnerability and compliance scans (leveraging external parties)Extra Duties – Occasionally Specific MandateSystems / Servers not connected to internet (Like isolated networks, Production Machines):Monitor system availability and backupsPerform basic system maintenance, patching, 3rd Party software installations, and software updates.Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.Level 1 support for all users and systems from the location, in coordination with the Global IT support when required:Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical IT assistanceTroubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues (Windows, Mac, printers, applications, etc.).Install Peripherals including PrintersAssist in managing network equipment and configurations (routers, switches, firewalls).Troubleshoot Physical connections to Network Ports, Wi-Fi Access Points etc.Install and configure New Laptops / Workstations.8.Liaising with third-party vendors or consultantsExceptional Reporting Structure:For the scope & execution of this mandate, the authorized individual will report directly to the Toppan Security Global IT Manager for these IT operational activities when required.ABOUT YOUQualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in information security risk and complianceFamiliarity with Information Security Management Systems, control frameworks (ISO27001, ISO14001, ISO9001, ISO14298, NIST CSF, EAL) and related risk assessment methodologiesGeneral knowledge of cloud and application securityGeneral knowledge of enterprise network and systems architecture concepts and technologies, including but not limited to enterprise directory, enterprise integration architecture, and identity and access managementEducation and/or ExperienceProven track-record of successful delivery of critical IT Security projects.Demonstrated ability to drive the planning, execution and delivery of complex projects that span across several business areasAbility to manage conflict internally and externally, making difficult decisions by pragmatically weighing the complexities involved against the need to act.Well versed in risk and issue management, implementing tools and process to minimalize.Proven demonstrable management of projects both internal and external with multi site.Experience working Internationally.Language Skills Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.Customer ExpectationsHard-working, goal oriented and with a high level of energy and enthusiasm;
