Job Title: Lead Programme Manager
This role is for a Lead Programme Manager to oversee the delivery of our Community Connect programme.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement robust project management methodologies and processes to ensure successful delivery of the Community Connect programme
* Manage priorities across multiple workstreams and competing demands to deliver the programme in a cohesive and planned manner
* Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource plans
* Report on progress against expected plans and escalate deviations as appropriate
* Manage project scope, cost, timelines, quality, risks, benefits, and change requirements
* Prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports backed up by reliable documentary evidence
* Identify, assess, and prioritise risks, developing risk mitigation strategies, risk owners, risk tolerances, and risk budgets
* Represent the Community Connect programme on committees, groups, meetings, and other forums as required
* Facilitate collaboration between clinical, vendor, technical, and programme teams
* Develop and manage programme management standards, including agreed methodologies, templates, and tools
Requirements:
* A proven track record of successfully managing large scale digital transformative projects within a medium-large scale organisation, preferably in the healthcare industry
* Significant experience of project planning, project documentation, project reporting, RAID, and RACI management
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)
* PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM, or equivalent certification is highly desirable
* Experience of communication and engagement with a wide range of stakeholders
* Business competencies: coordination and leadership of project teams, change management, excellent oral and written communication skills, influencing and negotiation, building relationships, operationalising strategic vision, working collaboratively with stakeholders and partners
