An excellent opportunity for an NPI Engineer to join a global healthcare leader at their state-of-the-art manufacturing site in Sligo. Reporting to the NPI Manager, you will play a key role in bringing new products and processes from development to full-scale production in a highly regulated environment.

The Role:
* Lead and support the introduction of new products and processes into manufacturing
* Manage process validation, scale-up, and technology transfer activities
* Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Engineering, and Operations to ensure smooth handover of new products
* Prepare and maintain technical documentation, validation protocols, and reports
* Implement process improvements and ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards
* Provide technical support during start-up and initial production phases
* Participate in risk assessments and ensure safety and quality standards are met
The Person:
* Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline
* 3+ years' experience in NPI engineering within medical devise
* Strong project management and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of validation, process optimisation, and continuous improvement methodologies
