Key responsibilities:
* Applying wet paint finishes to manufactured components.
* Operating spray guns and painting equipment to achieve required coating thickness and finish.
* Preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.
* Inspecting surfaces before and after painting to ensure high quality standards.
* Mixing paints and coatings to specified ratios and maintaining accurate records.
* Identifying and correcting paint defects where possible.
* Cleaning and maintaining painting equipment.
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working area.
* Following all health, safety, and PPE requirements.

Essential Skills, Qualifications/Experience:
* At least 1 years' experience as a Wet Paint Sprayer or in a similar industrial role.
* Experience using spray guns and wet paint application techniques.
* Knowledge of surface preparation and coating materials.
* Strong attention to detail and quality.
* Ability to follow work instructions and specifications.
Desirable Skills, Qualifications/Experience:
* Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
* Ability to read work orders or basic drawings.
* Experience maintaining paint mix and quality records.
