* Support the school office reception daily by assisting all students and parent/guardian queries via email, telephone and in person.
* Record details of telephone calls and emails from parents.
* Communicate with students and parents re: attendance and school issues.
* Support the Deputy Principal’s and School Principal by providing administration support in the school office.
* Liaise with Teachers throughout the year re staff meetings, students, exams & deadlines for reports.
* Supervise the school study hall or supervise classes for absent teachers if required.
* Provide full administrative support to management, administration teams and the school.
* Assist the International Department with administrative tasks.
* Support the school team in coordinating inhouse examinations and external examinations.
* Supervise examinations.
* Attend promotional events and represent the school at awards ceremonies / graduation and other events.
* Attend parent teacher meetings and open afternoons (weekends).
* Support the IT team, the school administrative team and the teaching staff with the implementation of new technologies.
* To travel on school outings with students as required.
* Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the principal, deputy principal, and Year Heads.
* Support: Work with the year heads to support students.
* Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Deputy Principal and Principal.

* Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
* Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
* Excellent I.T. skills and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Education & Qualifications
* Leaving Certificate essential
