GTM Systems Administrator / Revenue Operations Analyst

Location: Dublin, Ireland


About the Role

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to own, optimise, and scale our go-to-market tech stack. This role sits at the intersection of RevOps and systems management — perfect for someone with 2–3 years of Salesforce administration experience who’s ready to go beyond ticket-taking and drive meaningful improvements to our sales and marketing infrastructure.

You’ll work closely with the Revenue Operations team to maintain and enhance our core tools, ensuring Salesforce remains the single source of truth for GTM data and processes. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the confidence to make strategic recommendations that help us scale efficiently.


What You’ll Do

* Serve as the primary Salesforce Admin, managing user requests, system maintenance, data integrity, and integrations.
* Administer other key GTM tools, including RevenueHero, Amplemarket, Orum, Sales Navigator, Planhat, and DocuSign.
* Manage data quality issues — particularly Account hierarchy, duplicates, ownership, and enrichment solutions.
* Ensure smooth integrations and field mapping across the tech stack.
* Support the SDR and CS teams by maintaining workflows, automation, and CRM processes.


Optimisation & Strategic Projects (≈50%)

* Partner with RevOps leadership to optimise and scale systems as the team grows.
* Identify and execute opportunities to improve efficiency, user adoption, and data visibility.
* Lead efforts to improve account distribution, target account strategy, and reporting.
* Collaborate with Marketing and external partners to facilitate marketing attribution and campaign tracking.
* Evaluate new tools and make recommendations to improve GTM performance.
* Drive best practices and adoption of existing platforms across sales, marketing, and CS teams.


What We’re Looking For

* 2–3 years of Salesforce administration experience (building custom objects, flows, and workflows).
* Proven experience managing or integrating GTM tools (e.g., outreach, routing, enrichment, or CS platforms).
* Strong understanding of GTM processes (Sales, SDR, Marketing, and CS).
* Strategic and analytical mindset — not just maintaining systems but improving them.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and ops leaders.
* Self‑starter who takes ownership and drives projects to completion.
