Equine Training Specialist
As a successful Equine Training Specialist, you will be responsible for providing fun, safe, and beneficial experiences for riders of all ages and abilities.
* The ideal candidate will have strong equine care, training, and welfare knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a patient demeanor.
* Previous experience as an equine instructor or riding coach is preferred (minimum 1-2 years). Valid riding qualifications are desirable but not essential.
* Experience working with horses in a riding school/therapeutic riding environment is highly valued.
A commitment to promoting safe and effective riding practices, along with passion for equine welfare, is essential.
You will have the ability to work with riders of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced learners.
Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively communicate with riders and staff members.
A positive attitude, empathy, and patience are crucial when working with riders and horses.
Strong stable management skills, including planning and delivering engaging lessons, are required.
Accuracy and attention to detail are necessary for maintaining records and handling administrative tasks.
A valid Manual Driver's Licence and willingness to drive during working hours is mandatory.
