Job Title: Logistics Key Account Administrator Main Location: Bellinstown, Ballyboughal, Co.
Dublin Normal Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, with a one-hour unpaid lunch.
However, flexibility is required depending on the needs of the business.
__________________________________________________________________________________ Job Summary: We are looking for Logistics Key Account Administrator to work in our Dublin Logistics team.
This is an exciting and varied role working as part of a hardworking and collaborate team.
As a Logistics Key Account Administrator,you will be responsible for all aspects of this business within the logistics team in Dublin, supporting administrative duties, stock control and key account activities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities: To act as key contact for logistics customers.
Utilise WMS (Warehouse Management System) to track, manage and record inbound and outbound flows.
Communicate with customers on stock levels and management of stock.
Assist with the sorting/organising of incoming stock arrivals.
To help ensure the safe and efficient running of the warehouse in regard to the product.
To be involved in any task that may be required by management to improve the utilisation or service improvements of the operation.
Willingness to participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities of the business.
Participate in weekly meetings to discuss volumes, objectives and issues as required.
To cooperate with training requirements and ensure refreshers are planned and followed up.
Ensure health and safety protocols are followed at all times.
Build strong customer relations and aim to exceed expectations.
The ideal candidate will have: Strong verbal and written communication.
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Proven track record of the ability to meet deadlines/targets.
Understand planning, shipping, warehouse management and inventory systems.
Experience in managing daily schedules of shipments and deliveries.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Willing and able to work hours to suit business needs including weekends and overtime.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Awareness of health and safety requirements.
Ability to perform all duties in an efficient and effective manner.
Daily Reporting on Inventory Levels / Daily Shipping Reports /Daily Goods in Report.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Basic understanding of customs processes is an advantage.
