Debt Capital Markets & Structured Finance Associate
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Irish law firm's Debt Capital Markets, Structured Finance & Derivatives team.
About the Role
* We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Associates or Senior Associates with any level of PQE who have an interest in this area of practice.
The DCM‑SF team advises international clients on capital markets and structured finance transactions executed in, and through, Ireland. This includes re‑packs and other asset securitisations. We also write and advise on derivatives transactions and credit risk transfer instruments.
Your Key Responsibilities will Include:
1. Working with clients to establish and document all types of debt capital markets transactions;
2. Drafting offering documents for standalone issuances as well as programme offerings;
