We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee the care of residents in our nursing home.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Liaise with medical staff to ensure appropriate patient care.
2. Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice.
3. SUPervise patient nutritional requirements. Supervise patient safety at all times, including ensuring safekeeping of patients property as required by HIQA Standards for Residential Care Settings. Empower nurses participation in clinical decision-making & organisation of clinical systems discharge planning respectively Ensure Mandatory training is kept up-to-date
