Performance Management Consultant Opportunity
This role presents a unique chance to collaborate with a global software company in addressing performance management cases for EMEA. The duration of this position is 6 months, with a 20 hour hybrid working week.
The key responsibilities include:
- Providing guidance and advice to managers and employees on performance cases
- Working collaboratively to resolve concerns and escalate where necessary
- Developing strategies to enhance performance
- Offering feedback and support throughout the process
- Ensuring effective outcomes that meet the needs of all parties involved
For this role, we are seeking an individual with the following skills and experience:
- Relevant HR experience, preferably with hands-on knowledge of Irish employment law
- Experience in independently managing performance management cases is essential
- Familiarity with varied EMEA employment laws would be advantageous
- Ability to approach situations with discretion while maintaining constructive communication
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at different levels
