We're looking for a skilled and experienced Employment Relations Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in HR best practices and Irish Employment Law.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR law, combined with a commercial perspective to effectively support and advise clients. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality HR solutions across various sectors, working closely with a talented team to meet client needs.
Key responsibilities include:
* Offering expert HR & Employment Law guidance to clients
* Designing and implementing tailored HR solutions for diverse industries
* Leading complex workplace investigations, including Dignity and Respect at Work, Disciplinary, and Grievance issues
* Delivering practical advice via on-site, telephone, video, and email communications
* Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships
* Staying updated on Employment Law and HR trends
* Creating and presenting content for seminars and training workshops
* Contributing to developing new compliance products
* Collaborating with team members to meet client needs
* Reviewing and advising on client policies to ensure legal compliance
* Drafting content for employment law publications
* Performing other duties as required
Requirements:
* Degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, or equivalent experience
* Minimum 3 years in an HR role with experience in policy and procedural advice
* In-depth knowledge of Employment Law in various workplace settings
* Strong commercial acumen and adaptability
* Proficient in researching, writing, and presenting HR materials
* Excellent communication, administrative, and project management skills
* Team player with a proactive, innovative approach
* Proficient in Windows and computer applications
Additional Essential Requirements:
* Own transport with a full clean driving license and appropriate insurance
