Our team in Ireland brings over 100 years of combined insurance experience, providing business, personal, and financial insurance solutions to our valued customers. We're seeking a Client Executive who is prepared to contribute to our ambitious goals and deliver outstanding service.
As a Client Executive, your focus will be to coordinate the daily administration and support functions within our Employee Benefits consultancy and administrative division. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive service marked by the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
How you'll make an impact
* Prioritise client interests and uphold market integrity in all business practices.
* Assess client needs and objectives, offering informed advice based on detailed research and information gathering.
* Maintain ethical and fair treatment of clients at all times.
* Handle and share data solely for its intended purpose, ensuring strict confidentiality and respect.
* Comply with all regulatory and legislative rules, codes, guidelines, and updates.
* Collaborate closely with our Financial Consultants to deliver outstanding service to both new and existing clients.
* Prepare crucial documents, quotations, and client portfolios for Financial Consultant meetings.
* Facilitate new business applications for protection, pension, and investment services.
* Coordinate a portfolio of group risk and pension clients, including handling their annual reviews.
* Stay informed on financial services products and compliance, staying ahead of new developments.
* Nurture and maintain relationships with insurance providers, clients, and team members.
About you
We are seeking a candidate with expertise in managing and supporting clients with their Pension and Employee Benefit schemes. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. Attention to detail is paramount, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across all levels is crucial.
