An international fund services provider is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join its growing team. This role is responsible for daily client servicing, managing complex investor transactions, and ensuring compliance with global tax and regulatory requirements. The position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy under pressure, and a proactive approach to managing client relationships in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Support the Investor Services Team in delivering high-quality service to a portfolio of hedge funds, private equity, and fund-of-funds clients with significant transaction volumes.Manage investor onboarding and maintenance, ensuring all KYC/AML and tax documentation meet internal standards and jurisdictional requirements.Review, record, and verify capital transactions, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with investor qualification and regulatory guidelines.Respond promptly to portfolio manager and investor inquiries, escalating complex or sensitive matters as appropriate.Maintain up-to-date and accurate investor records, including contact information, distribution lists, and capital account details.Assist in the preparation and submission of investor-related data for global tax reporting obligations.Collaborate with accounting and treasury teams to reconcile capital activity, cash flows, and investor reporting.Contribute to process improvement initiatives, workflow automation, and system enhancements to drive operational efficiency and compliance.Process and verify subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.Maintain complete and accurate member registers, ensuring integrity of investor and transaction data.Skills & Experience:Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.2+ years' experience in investor services, fund administration, or financial operations preferred.Excellent organisational and communication skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet strict reporting deadlines.Remuneration:A strong base salary, bonus, pension, healthcare, and gym allowance will be offered to the successful candidate.If this role is of interest to you, please feel free to reach out to me at or for a confidential chat.
