We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. As a Senior Associate/Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying and attracting top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source and attract top candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and niche websites
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or 5 years related experience
* Fluent in English and German
* 3-5 years of related work experience in recruitment/sourcing role
* Previous experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

1. Sourcing candidates using advanced sourcing strategies
2. Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
3. Providing insights and recommendations based on market trends and candidate availability
4. Leveraging social media and social recruiting to attract diverse talent and brand our organization
5. Managing sourcing and recruitment vendors
6. Ensuring a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the sourcing process
7. Creating and sharing engaging content on social media and other platforms to attract and engage potential candidates
8. Developing strategies and plans to source talent for various business areas/functions and within our organization
9. Utilizing technologies to track all leads, contacts, candidates, etc., and leveraging systems to continuously build a talent pool
10. Partnering with the business and relevant stakeholders to position our organization as an employer of choice
11. Attending relevant career fairs, branding our organization, and developing new talent sources
12. Outreach to local and national diversity associations and organizations for active and passive referrals
13. Working as liaison to Employee Resource Groups to improve employee referrals, sourcing, and inclusion of diverse employees in the recruiting process
