House Coordinator – Ballymoney

Camphill Communities of Ireland (CCoI) are recruiting for a House Coordinator to join our Ballymoney Community. CCoI supports people with physical/intellectual disabilities and autism through Residential and Day Services across 15 locations, enabling residents and day‑attendees to live an ordinary life, a life like any other.
Job Title: House CoordinatorContract: PermanentHours: Part time (16 hours per week)Salary: €44,341 – €56,349 per annum pro rata

Requirements
Hold a minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care
Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity within a similar social care setting
Minimum 3 years experience working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities
Detailed understanding of current policy and developments at national and sectoral level in relation to Social Care within disability services
Excellent working knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards
Thorough knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding requirements, including Trust in Care and Children First
Ability to lead, direct, coordinate and delegate the work of the team while providing consistent and quality support for vulnerable adults
Effective interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
Proficient IT skills relevant to the role (Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams)
Full driver’s licence
