About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a large-scale construction project in County Louth.
This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex operations from initial planning through to completion.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of the construction project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing and managing contractors and suppliers.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Resolve issues and conflicts efficiently to maintain project momentum.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 510 years experience managing large-scale construction projects.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of Irish construction regulations and health & safety standards.
Experience with project management software and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
