**Reporting to:** Workshop Manager**Location:** Specialized Ireland, Dublin **Hours:** Full-time, 40 hours per weekAs a Workshop Technician, you'll be an important part of our store team — supporting riders, solving technical challenges, and ensuring every bike leaves our workshop performing at its best.
You don't need to know everything on day one; if you bring motivation, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, we'll help you grow your expertise.
## **What You'll Do*** Provide friendly, knowledgeable support to riders in store, online, and by phone* Build, safety-check, and prepare bikes for display or collection* Diagnose and repair bikes with care and accuracy* Manage warranty processes, deliveries, and stock transfers* Maintain workshop organisation, cleanliness, and safety* Support stock checks and record-keeping* Contribute to a positive, respectful team environment* Collaborate with the wider store team as needed## **What You'll Bring**We know great talent comes in many forms.
