BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldExperience designing power delivery systems and cooling infrastructureExperience with large-scale industrial cooling systemsKnowledge of structural design analysis and equipment certification requirementsUnderstanding of HVAC systems and lean manufacturing principles and ability interpret technical drawings and specificationsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSAdvanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldExperience with data center design and constructionKnowledge of building management systemsUnderstanding of heat transfer and fluid dynamicsFamiliarity with building codes (NFPA, NEC, OSHA)Experience with mechanical economization technologiesAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
