The pay is competitive €€ + with free use of our facilities.Your duties will include; (Full training provided)Front desk customer service, answering phones and emails, web chat, scheduling appointments, taking payments.Cleaning/maintaining float tank rooms and float tanks inside and out.Coaching first timers on how to float.Continuously cleaning and maintaining the centre and it's equipment.Closing the centre and having it fully prepared for morning floats.Creating & Scheduling Social Media posts using Canva/bufferDeep cleaning, changing filters, Floor drains, topping up water/salt, checking various PH/H202 Buoyancy/water levels to ensure a sparkling clean floating environment for our customers.Essential Person CharacteristicsMust be Flexible and willing to take on other tasks as required.Attention to Detail is essential.Professional Attitude to work and demands of the role.Self Motivated requiring little to no supervision.Proactively seeks out what needs to be done and gets it done.Conscientious towards customers, duties, staff and management.Kind, Caring, Compassionate and Emphatic.Warm and friendly.Great communication skills.Proactive and quick thinking with initiative.The shifts: We're open 7 day a week, Monday to Sunday so a combination of weekday evening shifts & Weekend Day/Evening, usually 5-9 hours, 3/4 days a week (Cover holidays and flexibility in doing other shifts as required)For the right candidate there is an opportunity to grow once competency and willing to take on more, going above and beyond the defined scope of the job, promotion and pay increases will follow.Good, But Not Required Experience (Full Training Provided)Time floating, A meditation or yoga practice or time spent maintaining float tanksTime maintaining pools/spasEvening Shift Experience in the pastCleaning/Hospitality ExperienceFull Time or Part time hours considered.Job Type: Part-timePay: €13.80-€13.85 per hourBenefits:Employee discountFlexitimeAbility to commute/relocate:Raheen, Limerick, CO.
