This role will focus on producing high-quality, audit-ready documentation, leading structured analysis activities, and supporting governance across the full project lifecycle.The successful candidate will work closely with business, technical, and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet defined business objectives, statutory requirements, and operational needs.Key Deliverables & ResponsibilitiesProduce a comprehensive Business Requirements Document (BRD) as a single, traceable source capturing business objectives, statutory constraints, functional and non-functional requirements, with clear links to downstream deliverablesDefine and manage UAT artefacts, including UAT plans, detailed test cases, test data, defect logs, UAT sign-off documentation, and test summary reportsDevelop detailed As-Is and To-Be BPMN process maps in Microsoft Visio, illustrating end-to-end flows, decision points, and system integrationsConduct gap analysis between current and future states, documenting impacts, risks, and actionable recommendationsProduce data analysis reports using legacy datasets (Excel / SQL) to identify trends, data quality issues, and insights to support requirements prioritisationDeliver post-implementation review reports, assessing solution outcomes against original objectives and capturing lessons learnedPlan and facilitate stakeholder workshops, producing agendas, collaboration artefacts (Miro / MS Whiteboard), and concise minutes with agreed actionsComplete migration impact assessments, documenting risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies related to system, data, or process changesDecompose high-level requirements into testable items using MoSCoW prioritisation, 5 Whys analysis, and Fishbone diagramsConduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA), including stakeholder impacts, risk registers, and mitigation plansProvide project governance support, contributing to charters, scope statements, risk logs, and status reportingExperience & SkillsProven ability to author BRDs and FRDs to audit-ready standards suitable for tender and procurement processesExperience working with telecommunications architecture, including MS Teams Phone, SIP trunking, and network prerequisites (QoS, DSCP, latency, jitter)Strong experience planning and facilitating requirements elicitation workshops with diverse stakeholder groupsProficiency in MoSCoW prioritisation, requirements traceability matrices, and structured requirements managementExperience evaluating COTS solutions and performing fit-gap analysisFamiliarity with low-code / no-code platforms (e.g. Power Apps or equivalent)Ability to define cloud-specific non-functional requirements and assess SaaS offerings against themWorking knowledge of GDPR and data protection principlesStrong BPMN modelling skills using Microsoft Visio, with experience writing use cases and user story epicsExperience defining data migration requirements and validation approachesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including engagement at senior stakeholder levelExperience working in Agile delivery environments (Scrum or Kanban) and managing product backlogsHands-on experience with Azure DevOps for requirements and backlog managementAbility to design and apply vendor evaluation and scoring frameworksComfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams
