Job Description:
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the day-to-day administration of the business.
This role involves providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations. The administrator will liaise with various stakeholders, including site teams and clients.
The jobholder will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, raising purchase orders on Workday System, and managing accounts queries with suppliers/vendors
Furthermore, this role requires effective communication skills to coordinate meetings and arrange couriers as needed.Collaboration with Veolia Finance Team is necessary for monthly billing purposes
