Job Title: Care Service Development Manager

The role involves managing the growth of care services in a designated area by coordinating new packages from healthcare providers and private sectors. This is a full-time permanent position based in Little Island, Cork.

To achieve this, you will be responsible for:
* Uploading carer rosters and client templates on a weekly basis
* Maintaining oversight and accountability of rotas
This includes monitoring client care calls including missed and late calls. You will also process new client referrals, handle documentation and records for both clients and care staff, and maintain up-to-date files and computer systems.
