What You'll Do
* Act as the primary project manager across written proposals and supporting materials—ensuring quality, consistency, and on-time delivery.
* Manage complex, high-visibility RFP and proposal responses aligned to Salesforce’s Life Sciences industry.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, solution engineering, product, legal, and marketing to gather inputs and develop clear, compelling responses.
* Ensure proposals reflect Salesforce’s messaging, positioning, and brand standards.
* Contribute to and help strengthen Salesforce’s Life Sciences product roadmap and differentiators.
* Build trusted relationships across internal teams and develop a deep understanding of Salesforce’s structure to efficiently drive proposal development..
* Maintain and improve the Life Sciences RFP content library to ensure high-quality, up-to-date, and reusable proposal content.
* Contribute to continuous innovation exploring how AI can improve and streamline the Proposal process
* Drive impactful projects that improve team efficiency and stakeholder support.
* Review and improve project management processes to ensure consistency and quality.
* Analyse data to inform process improvements and share insights with the team.
* Support teammates, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.
️ What We're Looking For
* 5–7+ years of experience in proposal management, business development or project management—ideally within Life Sciences, CROs, or technology vendors supporting the industry.
* Understanding of Life Sciences business processes, regulatory dynamics, and technology needs.
* Experience working in or leading Agile projects.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and presentation skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritise and adapt to shifting business needs.
* Executive presence with strong interpersonal skills—comfortable influencing stakeholders and challenging the status quo when needed.
* Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM (custom objects, queues, reports, dashboards, etc.).
