Role Responsibilities
Leverage your commercial acumen to drive sales, maximise productivity, and control costs across the store
Analyse and utilise daily and weekly commercial reports to ensure the store is set up to trade efficiently and profitably
Lead the recruitment, coaching, and development of your team, keeping engagement high and preparing future leaders
Set clear objectives and KPI targets for your team — and follow up to ensure they are achieved
Support and manage underperformers, providing guidance and accountability to align performance with objectives
Be a commercial and inspirational leader, taking an active interest in all store concepts to coach and develop an EPIC team
Oversee stock management and rotation, ensuring optimal availability and presentation of products
Implement VM standards and report outcomes to the regional operations team
Monitor competitors weekly and provide insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement
Maintain regular communication with regional and Brand Centre teams to align on strategy, initiatives, and results
Key Requirements
Proven track record of 1+ year in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving overall store performance at a senior level.
Skilled in making strategic business decisions to maximise profitability and growth
Confident in analysing reports and using insights to improve store productivity and results
Strong awareness of market, fashion, and fitness trends, with a competitive and innovative mindset
Committed to developing people, with the ability to lead, coach, and inspire a talented team
Knowledgeable in visual merchandising and product placement, with a passion for creating inspiring in‑store experiences
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to give constructive feedback and foster collaboration
