This person will focus on working closely with the Confectionary brand team on building brand awareness, driving distribution, rate-of-sale, increasing visibility, and executing engaging consumer & trade activations. Managing cross-functional relationships within the organisation as well as liaising with brand owners and external agencies. If you are interested in working on category leading brands, looking to gain tremendous experience, and are up for a challenge, we want to hear from youKEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the brand team to develop unmissable brand plans to deliver brand objectives and drive brand growth. Work closely with commercial teams to plan, coordinate, evaluate brand activation and visibility activity.Support the brand teams to execute all TTL campaigns with a primary focus for the ABM on how the campaign is brought to life at the point of purchase.Assist the brand teams to develop a clear distribution and rate-of-sale strategy to increase Confectionary brands presence in convenience, grocery, and new channels in IOI.Support brand teams in executing the trade marketing strategy across the Confectionary portfolio. Identify opportunities and trends and adapt these into strategy and execution.New Product Development - Launch and closely monitor NPD performance.POS Management- Responsible for creating and executing all point-of-sale material or adaption of international displays.POS Management – Responsible for ordering and organising all point-of-sale material.Brand Analysis – Responsible for a monthly report on performance updates, tracking brand launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.Competitor Analysis- Monthly analysis of pricing, in-store activity, on-trade activity, market trends & media campaigns.Work closely with field sales team to create KPI's which track distribution and visibility along with merchandising guidelines for in- outlet execution.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree2-3 years brand building or trade marketing experience.Shows strong initiative and drive.Strong business mindset, analytical and ability to problem-solve.Demonstrates an ability to work autonomously with good time management skills.Strong communication and presentation skills.Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Experienced in Microsoft Office Packages, namely Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
