Social Media Content Review roles
* Ensure quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved
* Monitor, assess, and challenge team productivity, ensuring Educators are reaching their assigned targets
* Identify and develop ad hoc reports to identify opportunities for process improvements
