What you will do:
Bring energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following:
Perform all craft tasks associated with
* Equipment breakdown
* Modifications to equipment
* Installation of new equipment
* Reconfiguration of equipment associated with plant cleaning and turnarounds
* Routine preventative maintenance programmes
What skills you will need:
In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:
* In-depth knowledge of plant equipment and operation standards for GMP, Safety and Environmental protection.
* Welding, principles, practices and processes
* Knowledge of Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
* Equipment installation practice, including rigging
* Air handling systems, air conditioning and refrigeration
* Engines and associated equipment
* Steam boilers and distribution systems
* Machining principles and practices: - turning, milling, grinding, cutting
* Piping systems, Pumps & Compressors
* Mechanics, mechanical transmissions, drive systems and components
* Trouble shooting skills
* Materials: - steel, alloys, plastics, glass, Teflon
* Maintenance documentation, records and drawings
