Senior Project Manager - Major Infrastructure Programme | Dublin Location: Dublin Pay Rate: Very competitive Type: Long term contract Overview: A leading client-side organisation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of complex capital projects within a major infrastructure investment programme in Dublin.
The role covers full lifecycle delivery from design through construction, commissioning, and handover.
Responsibilities Lead delivery of multiple projects, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and safety.
Prepare and maintain Project Execution Plans aligned with programme objectives and standards.
Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers across concurrent projects.
Coordinate design, commercial, and site teams, resolving interface and delivery issues.
Oversee contract administration, change control, and compensation events under NEC/FIDIC.
Report on programme progress, risks, and performance to senior stakeholders.
Requirements 15+ years' experience in construction infrastructure, delivering large, complex, operationally sensitive projects.
Experience acting as client or client's representative, leading multidisciplinary teams.
Strong knowledge of NEC/FIDIC contracts and best-practice project management processes.
Proficiency in programme and risk management; Primavera P6 experience an advantage.
Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related discipline; PRINCE2 or equivalent, with professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM or similar) preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
