Process Engineer Job Description
A prestigious pharmaceutical company in Ireland is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting multiple capital projects at the site.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work on cutting-edge facilities, including a state-of-the-art fill-finish facility and a stand-alone vaccine and biologics plant outside the US.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide cross-functional development and technical expertise to operations teams on the aseptic manufacture of biologics and vaccines for the site.
* Serve as Center of Excellence in Sterile Council and Sterile CoP, providing input to network sterile standards and guidelines.
* Support team member training and development needs, ensuring all receive appropriate training.
* Develop and maintain training programs.
* Assist the team with development of objectives and ensure alignment with site goals.
* Foster an environment that allows for progressive, continuous improvement of skills and honest, open feedback focused on completing aseptic manufacturing processes.
* Provide ongoing formal and informal feedback on the Aseptic qualification of IPT operations teams.
* Effectively lead media fill (Process Simulation) development and execution.
* Responsible for contributing to Cleanroom Operation and contamination (cGMP) performance of day-to-day activities and all applicable job functions.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of operations experience in a sterile manufacturing environment.
* Demonstrated ability to coach and lead change.
* Strong knowledge of Sterile Manufacturing Processes with a focus on delivery and results within highly regulated controlled environments.
