About You:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Store Manager to join the Kilkenny Design team in Stillorgan, Co. Dublin. The Manager will play a pivotal role in driving high performance and developing a service orientated culture within the store.
The ideal Manager will be driven, energetic, genuine, and passionate about Kilkenny, with the ability to lead a team and support the future direction of the store. You will play a key role in adapting and applying clear practises and procedures across the store from, logistics, administration, stock management, customer service and cash management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering the best Cx experience for our customers and colleagues.
* To lead, motivate and empower your team through strong communication and coaching on the floor
* Strong commercial acumen to drive sales, manage costs and deliver on agreed KPI’S
* To drive operational standards throughout the departments, by developing opportunities and brand promotion.
* Staff training and development in all aspects of the Customer experience, including brand and product knowledge.
* The ideal manager can show that they demonstrate a successful record in delivering commercial results, leading, and motivating a team. You will be approachable, professional and a team player and will have the desire, drive, energy and passion to succeed in this role.
You will also be able to show that you have:
* A passionate, driven, and flexible Manager that thrives working in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to drive sales through your team.
* Excellent Business Know how and commercial Awareness.
