DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Manager, Growth & Strategy
with a strong background in the beverage industry
.
This is a unique opportunity to help create and embed a new Growth & Strategy function at the heart of our international business. As Senior Manager, Growth & Strategy, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping how we use data, insight, and commercial thinking to unlock growth across markets.

Reporting to the Director of Growth, Strategy & Insights, this role will act as a key architect of our international reporting rhythm, performance visibility, and market strategy.

You'll not only build the tools and processes that drive strategic decision-making — you'll also influence how our teams think, plan, and act. This is a role for someone who thrives on ambiguity, sees patterns in complexity, and is motivated by the opportunity to build something foundational from the ground up. You'll be a central thought partner to international commercial, finance, and marketing leads — ensuring the right insights, routines, and strategic narratives are in place to power sustainable, insight-led growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PERFORMANCE & REPORTING

* Build and lead the international reporting infrastructure — including performance dashboards, key metric frameworks, and data sources.
* Establish the international business rhythm: monthly reviews, quarterly cadences, standard templates, and meeting routines that drive accountability and alignment.
* Lead the design and delivery of dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports to ensure consistent visibility across markets. Ensuring international leadership has timely visibility into what's working, what's underperforming, and where to act.
* Serve as a strategic operator: embedding new processes, influencing mindsets, and setting a high bar for performance thinking
* Ensure data quality, consistency, and alignment across multiple sources (distributor data, Nielsen/IRI, internal sales, digital/e-comm).

GROWTH STRATEGY & INSIGHTS

* Partner with the Director to support market entry evaluations, launch performance tracking, and international expansion strategies.
* Lead development of strategic toolkits (e.g., market entry scorecards, opportunity sizing models, category & channel frameworks).
* Translate performance data and category dynamics into clear, insight-driven growth narratives that shape decisions across Marketing, Commercial, and Finance.
* Provide scenario analyses and business cases for commercial decision-making (pricing, promotions, channel strategy).
* Connect the dots across consumer insights, commercial data, and macro trends to influence brand, innovation, pricing, and route-to-market strategy.
* Contribute to long-term strategic priorities, annual business planning, and leadership team reviews with a fact-based point of view.

TEAM LEADERSHIP & COLLABORATION

* Development and coaching of Growth & Strategy team members
* Foster collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders (International Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and US HQ Insights).
* Act as a deputy for the Director in selected cross-functional and leadership forums.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

* 6–10 years of experience in FMCG/CPG, management consulting, or data-driven strategy/insights roles.
* Strong track record in performance analysis, commercial strategy, and business partnering.
* Hands-on experience with syndicated data sources (e.g., NielsenIQ) and/or distributor sell-in data.
* Advanced Excel and dashboarding tools (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik) required; statistical/forecasting experience a plus.
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills: able to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior audiences.
* Experience in managing and developing team members.
* International exposure and/or experience in emerging market contexts preferred.
